Convert your Flashdisk from FAT32 to NTFS

Your Flashdisk Operaton System is FAT or FAT32...?? Is that old-fashioned..?? Dont worry, guys...!!! Here, I will show you, How to Convert Your Flashdisk Operation System from FAT/FAT32 to NTFS.

But, before that, know the comparison between them. Check this out:

NTFS (New Technology File System)
1) Allows access local to w2k w2k3 XP win NT4 with SP4 & later may get access for somefile.
2) Maximum size of partition is 2 Terabytes & more.
3) Maximum File size is upto 16TB.
4) File & folder Encryption is possible only in NTFS.

FAT 32 (File Allocation Table - version 32)
1) Fat 32 Allows access to win 95 98 win millenium win2k xp on local partition.
2) Maximum size of partition is upto 2 TB.
3) Maximum File size is upto 4 GB.
4) File & folder Encryption is not possible.

From the comparison above, we can conclude that NTFS is better than FAT or FAT32. Now, let's change your flashdisk into NTFS..!!! Here are the steps:

1st STEP:

First on your desktop, right-click on My Computer icon, choose Manage

Click on Disk Management, and then right-click on your Flashdisk icon, choose Format.

On File System, choose NTFS.

DONE.

______________________________________________

2nd STEP:

Click Start--> Run--> type: cmd

Then, type: convert e: /fs:ntfs

(WARNING: the code above if the flashdisk is in drive E:. If the flashdisk is in another drive, just type the location. example: h: or f: or g:, etc....)

Wait the process, and:

FINISHED....!!!!!

How to Lock your Desktop Picture

Hi, do you know? You can lock your desktop picture on your PC! It means, however your PC is easily accesible by your friends or other people, they can't change your desktop picture, except yourself! Wanna know more?

(THESE STEPS BELOW IS JUST FOR THE USERS OF "WINDOWS XP")

1. Make sure you know the password to your computer.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del on your keyboard.
   
3. Choose "Lock Desktop."
4. Your computer will be locked immediately.
5. If you need access to your desktop again, press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
6. Enter your password and you will then be able to resume activity on the computer.

It's very simple...!!! Want to do try it right now..??? ^^

How to Protect your Flashdisk from AUTORUN.INF Virus

Hello, your flashdisk is threated by "autorun.inf"...??? Dont worry! We can protect it stronger to fight against this virus.
Wanna know more? Check this out!

First, click Start--> Run--> type: cmd (Command Prompt)

Wait until Command Prompt box is appeared.

Then:

Type: mkdir G:\autorun.inf

Then, Type: mkdir \\.\\G:\autorun.inf\con

And then, Type again: mkdir \\.\\G:\autorun.inf\con\aux

Finally, type: mkdir \\.\\G:\autorun.inf\con\aux\nul

Tadaa...!!! Now, your flashdisk is safe from autorun.inf!!!

Why?
A new viruses will try to create an autorun.inf on the root of the pendisk, but if available another folder with the same name, it will be impossible for the virus to destruct our PC/Flashdisk. Some virus might try to delete this folder, but since we create new subfolder con, aux, and nul - it will be somewhat safer.

Try it now! :)

Update Kaspersky-Antivirus in Off-Line

Its almost same with Update Avira-Antivirus in Off-line, but if you use Kaspersky-Antivirus just do these steps:

First,go to Setting menu, click My Update Center.

On Update source, click settings.

Remove the mark on [ ] Kaspersky Lab's update servers.
Then, click add, and find your Update Off-line file in your computer.
If you dont have it yet, download here

Next,click tab Run Mode, choose Manual, click Ok.
Back to Kaspersky Dashboard, click my update center, and start update to start the update.

Tadaaaa....!!!! Your Kaspersky has been updated...!!! It's simple,

Try it right now! :)
