Actually, the urgency is not in a professional impression or not. But, it's rather to some of the advantages and drawbacks. Therefore, I will not mention from the "professional or not" point of view. I just give you a general opinion.


In terms of ownership: for the free ones I take the example of Blogger, for example. Beside you are the owner of the web, but on the other hand, you also have Blogger.com web. It means that if one day your website Blogger.com would close for any reason, then drop it into your website, and of course your business as well. Therefore, make sure you have a copy of your posts. So if this happens, your data doesn't lost. For the paid website, you have full ownership (except you can't pay it again... )

Which one is easier to remember: "nandafirsta.blogspot.com or nandafirsta.com?"
Certainly that will be more memorable is nandafirsta.com because It is shorter than the first one.

The easiest way to create a website today is by using blog. For a free blog, you can go to Blogger, Multiply, Wordpress, etc... (Mine is using blogger.com)

I will not discuss how to create a blog in Blogger.com or in other blog provider, because you can get the tutorial by searching on Google.

Well, firstly choose your blog name as your market target (nick). But, you also can use it by your name, word or everything. For example, your blog is about game, so give it name such as: gamers.blogspot.com or gamemania.blogspot.com and etc...

Don't be surprised if the blog that you created in blogger.com always accompanied by the word "blogspot.com". Because it is from there. So you do not need dizzy thinking about it later bald. He ... he ... he .... :p

Where can I make a paid website?
Because I've mastered how to create a website and want to impress my professional website, may I create a professional or paid website? Of course: YES...!!!. Why not? If you already have a budget to create a paid website, just do it!
